Things My Dog Taught Me #1

Working past Fear for the Goal.

Some of you may know that Bevly is fearful. And many that know are respectful of her space and for that I am very grateful. Who knows why: Loss of her doggie momma at 2 weeks old or lack of socialization during those early months or both.

What is more important is how she can and does work past her fears for the things she loves (#nosework). While she is fearful in new environments, people rushing up to her, or strange sounds; this girl can and will shake it off and pursue the goal (which for her is searching odor in #nosework).
What fears do we have that we can take a lesson from Bevly? We, too, can shake it off and focus on your goal.
